I've been wearing the Way of Wade 10 for about two months now, so here's a quick review of my experience. I personally prefer low-top shoes, so I went with the low-top version, which is the lightest in the Wade series so far. The upper retains all the necessary functionality while keeping things minimalistic, made of a lightweight and breathable mesh material that still offers good support and snug fit. The inner bootie is snug, and the slightly wider toe box works well for my wide feet. Narrow feet don't need to worry either, as the toe area is quite flat, preventing any sliding inside the shoe. The midsole performance is top-notch, with a full-length fine-tread outsole that provides excellent grip and quick stops on any surface, even emitting that sharp squeak you'd expect from high-performance shoes. This is the first time the shoe features a fully enclosed, non-exposed full-length Beng cushioning system, offering an outstanding in-shoe feel. The only downside might be the rigidity, which can lead to some fatigue over long periods. The full-edge design on the outer side effectively prevents excessive deformation of the Beng material, allowing the shoe to be tuned softer and lighter. Even the insole is made of supercritical foam, combining perfectly with the full-length Beng for a sensation that feels like the shoe is propelling you forward during movement, with a noticeably soft and responsive feel during play. As a top-tier basketball shoe, the performance of this shoe fully justifies its high price. After multiple sessions on concrete courts, it still maintains its high level of performance. The overall configuration is very advanced, and the stronger you are, the more responsive the shoe feels. Highly recommended!
