New Balance 2002R 'Castlerock' Sneakers

I received these shoes the night before New Year's Eve and immediately took them out for a walk. They're super versatile and I like them more and more the longer I look at them. They feel great to walk in, and the sizing is pretty accurate—just go by your foot length. My pair looks really nice too. As a student, I'm already saving up for the next pair of 1906Rs, hahaha. Happy New Year! They don't rub or cause blisters, but the mesh might let in a bit of wind, so if you're a cyclist, you might want to think twice.

The sizing is true to size, just like my usual Nike sneakers. The shoes are quite breathable, comfortable to wear, and have a nice bit of bounce to them. The sole also provides good torsional support. They pair really well with jeans, though lighter-colored jeans work best.
