The size is perfect—I usually wear a 35, and the smallest size 36 works just fine. The shoes are comfortable to wear and go with everything. I absolutely love this brand; it's the most comfortable shoe I've ever owned. I had another pair from them before, and I wore them for two years until they finally fell apart. In this day and age, it's rare to wear a pair of shoes out, so that really speaks to how often and comfortably I wore them.

The sizing is normal, so just go with your usual size. The comfort level is great, and I wear them almost every day for commuting to and from work.
