First, let me introduce myself. I'm 178 cm tall, weigh 63 kg, and have been training for two and a half years. I'm a national second-class athlete in both the 200m and 400m events, with personal bests of 22.7 (electric timing) in the 200m and 51.07 (electric timing) in the 400m.
Now, let's talk about the feel of the shoe. For many people, the first impression of the Maxfly is impressive. The visible Zoom Air cushioning, with just a carbon plate in between, gives you a sensation of being right on top of the cushioning. The responsiveness is excellent, and during mid-race sprints, you can clearly feel the bounce from the Zoom Air under your feet. The heel foam is neither too soft nor too hard, providing a balance that doesn't drain your energy while enhancing the overall comfort during landings.
Next, let's address the colorway issue. The black Maxfly has been criticized for having insufficient air pressure, resulting in a less impressive feel. This adjustment by Nike is to extend the lifespan of the Max in this colorway, with the air cushioning shifted backward.
Lastly, regarding the target audience, at 178 cm and 138 lbs (slightly lean), I personally don't find this shoe very comfortable. Compared to the Dachan II, I feel that the Dachan II offers me better stability, although it doesn't have the same explosive rebound as the Maxfly.
